Details:

  • Pay: $21-$23/hr depending on experience level
  • Schedule: (35 hrs M-Th which is still considered full time for benefits) 4 day work week, Monday - Wednesday 8am-5pm, Thursday 8am - 4pm
  • Location: 100% in office in Edina
  • Type: Temp to hire on permanent (they want someone who wants to join the company long term)

Job Duties:

  • Review client and employee documentation and conduct follow-ups
  • Create and review internal reports - maintain internal database
  • Provide administrative support to office personnel
  • Assist clients and employees with document request and retrievals
  • Perform light office cleaning and organization tasks - everyone helps out in the office
  • Assist in interdepartmental collaboration as needed
  • Prepare and mail various documentation to clients
  • Complete record audits
  • Create and review reports for department
  • Input and update Service Agreements (SA) in the system and clone care plans

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of in-office or internship work experience.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
  • Dependability, tact, and adherence to instructions.
  • Effective communication
